It took me two years to find a house in Santa Barbara, and Geoff's unfailing patience and kindness was incredible. Buying a rental property in Santa Barbara when you don't live there is no easy task. Geoff took us to available properties in all areas of Santa Barbara to give us the lay of the land. Next, he helped us focus on two areas that worked best price and value. After finding us an excellent property with great rental income potential, he helped us through the inspection period meeting the contractors when our schedules wouldn't allow and taking care of any details we couldn't attend to ourselves. His contact list of qualified inspectors and contractors (electricians, plumbers, etc) were really good. He was always available for all of our questions and followed up quickly if he didn't know the answer. All in all, Geoff helped us make a very stressful endeavor an enjoyable experience.
